Description

An early and rare heavy baluster form of Kit Kat glass, there are two variants, the baluster form and the balustroid type (much lighter and later)
This one is from the first quarter of the 18th century, dating from c1700 to c1720.
The club had three meeting points in London, (one is now Simpsons) and all will have been equipped with glass, the later lighter balustroid versions are far more common.
