Description
|
A stunning and extremely fine Meissen oval dish moulded with the 'Dulong' pattern of rocaille enclosing pelmettes, flowers and reeds around the brown-edged rim. Reserved with four panels - beautifully painted with polychrome flowers, birds perched on branches, a wild animal and insects. The centre painted with mushrooms and a vegetable. Crossed swords mark in underglaze blue.
