Description
|
A late 19th century Minton ewer with a gilded oval panel painted with a cherub reclining on a branch of a tree and a butterfly delicately perched on a finger. The body of the ewer is painted with a 'bleu celeste' ground and long gilded tendrils, foliage, and flowers. The terminal of the handle with a masked head.
