Description
|
A beautiful first period Worcester chestnut basket, pierced cover and stand with applied flowers and foliage. Based on silver shapes with elaborately moulded honeycomb florettes on the panels. The stand and the interior of the basket are richly decorated with a blue scale ground and gilded cartouches of European flowers.
