Description
|
A fluted Worcester hexagonal spoon tray, painted with swags of green and red berried foliage entwined around decorative trellis within turquoise borders, embellished with black scalework and edged in gilt. 15cm Length 8.5cm Deep Inspired by the characteristics of bleu celeste borders at Sèvres. A version of this pattern occurs on Chelsea-Derby porcelain of the 1770's.
