Description
|
A Fine and large Chelsea late red, early gold anchor period ladies’ head bonbonniere, covered with a lace bonnet and pink ribbons, which are secured in the front with a pink bow. A rust red rossette with feather adorn the top. Her pretty face covered with 4 ‘fashionable’ patches of different sizes. The interior is painted with typical ‘Chelsea’ flowers, which are continued on a London enamel lid. Contemporary silver gilt mounts.
