Description
|
A fine pair of gold anchor Chelsea plates painted in the manner of James Giles with a central strutting exotic bird on a rocky mound and birds perched in leafy branches around the border. The rim has rococo swirls coloured blue and gilt. Gold anchor mark. 21cm Dia. The stripes of light are from the camera, the porcelain is in fine condition.
