Description Sèvres teapot and cover théière Calabre (size c) elaborately painted with over-glazed camaïeu blue flowers, trailing around a solid blue line. The top and base of the teapot and rim of lid painted with small blue roundels.

Date mark T for 1772

Painter’s mark for Jean-Charles Sioux l’aîné (1752-92) patterns.
