Description
|
A South Staffordshire or Birmingham enamel bonbonniere modelled as a wild boar, naturalistically painted with a pair of tusks protruding from either side of the mouth, the double hinged lid reveals on the first a boar hunting scene and on the inner lid a gentleman and a lady in a rather mischievous pose.
