Description
|
An extremely rare slightly twisted pedestal stem taper-stick with a cylindrical shaped, vertically moulded and slightly twisted candle sconce, the base of the sconce sits on a merise containing air tears evenly spaced to provide a very impressive spiral effect which is repeated at the base. The pedestal stem also contains an elongated tear. It would be normal practice to have one taper-stick to light the larger candlesticks scattered around the house. 16cm High 8.5cm Dia
