Description
|
A very fine first period Worcester teapot, cover, and stand, painted with a blue scale ground with elaborate gilt mirror and vase-shaped cartouches finely painted with exotic birds and insects in vibrant enamel colours, the cover is surmounted with a flower finial.
Seal mark to the pot and crescent mark to the stand.
